Teaching martial arts to all abilities from the age of 4 with our oldest student being 78 as seen on TV. We have over 40 years of experience training and teaching Shotokan karate in the West Midland
Our karate classes provide a path to students to discover the magical world of martial arts fitness and self-defence. We will help you train safely and healthily to nourish and strengthen you physically emotionally and mentally. With patience trust and hard work our workouts un- leash your highest potential and surprise you in inspiring ways. Saturday Stourbridge
CRYSTAL Leisure Centre. Bell Street. Stourbridge DY8 1AE Saturday :-10:15am-11:15am all grade class plus taster course.
An all grades session open to all students of Ruach Karate focusing on traditional Shotokan Karate and its application to self defence.
As with all our clubs the focus is on producing a safe environment for all the family to take part.
Students can start training from the age of four and this is a beautiful venue in which to get started.
