Ruach Training Schedule
Tuesday:- 6:15pm- 7:15pm beginners and all grades

An all grades session open to all students of Ruach Karate focusing on traditional Shotokan Karate and its application to self defence.
As with all our clubs the focus is on producing a safe environment for all the family to take part.
Students can start training from the age of four and this is a beautiful venue in which to get started.
Sunday :-1:15pm-2:15pm beginners class plus Black and Brown Belts
