Ruach Training Schedule
An all grades session open to all students of Ruach Karate focusing on traditional Shotokan Karate and its application to self defence.
As with all our clubs the focus is on producing a safe environment for all the family to take part.
Students can start training from the age of four and this is a beautiful venue in which to get started.

Starter course and all grades class.
Tudor Grange Sports and leisure Centre. Blossomfield Road ,Solihull. B91 1NB Sunday :-
5pm-6pm all grades class plus taster course. Higher Grades train with our Chief Instructor
