Happy New Year

I do hope that you are all enjoying the festive break and are now getting ready for a fabulous New Year! We start back training on Monday 5.1.26 and I have a fantastic year ahead planned out and booked in. There will be four advanced Karate courses which are FREE to Ruach Karate members as usual.

But before all that here is a competition for you to get you in the swing of things. There are two main prizes and runner up prizes. So lets get creative and go mad with the colours.
