Holiday Training

The summer is here and thoughts move to sun, sea and fun in far flung places. But its awesome to keep your karate practice going and stay on top of your game and there is nothing better than recording the moment for posterity.

So here are a few photos of students getting on with it and I have to say very good as well! So thanks to Lotti with a Mawashi Geri in Croatia,

Keep sending in those photos everyone but please take every care to stay safe whilst practising, and I would suggest keeping it to the summer holiday unlike Jody!!! Bare foot!
