Hello,

A big warm welcome to all our new students who have joined since Easter.

Grading assessments start at the end of this month with Basics, the Kata assessment will be at the end of June and finally Kumite will take place at the end of July.

Grading dates will be the w/c 8.9.25 with the last grading of the year w/c 8.12.25. All gradings will be conducted by a panel of our Senior Instructors as per usual.

Talking of courses I have invited Sensei John Johnson 8th Dan in to do a course 29.6.25 plus Sensei Stuart Amos 5th Dan 27,7,25 both to be held at Cocksmoor woods Leisure Centre and FREE to Ruach Karate Members.
