Team Development

The journey we take on in Karate can be a life time challenge due to the constance learning and goals we set ourselves. Some strive for medals and titles whilst others seek to perfect their skills at coaching and teaching to pass on the knowledge; etiquette and passion. It is with this in mind that I am pleased to say we have our own home grown students taking on the challenge of the Ruach Karate Instructors Development Programme. This will involve a whole new level of learning in karate as they seek to pass on the skills and recognise the development needed in others. Also, the flexibility required as their lesson plan flies out the window when new students arrive nervous and anxious at the start of a new journey.

So a massive congratulations to Ryan Edwards and Katie Abbott from Stourbridge Ruach Karate Club, Lottie Davies from Stratford upon Avon and Daniel Wild from Bromsgrove who have sought out and embarked on this challenge. The most difficult step of all has been taken and now the hard work begins.
